We all spend a lot of times thinking. We think about many things in life. We think about the world around us, the family(our families), the books we read, and what we see and what’s going to happen in the future. We think about what our parents, friends, and family (siblings) think about us? Some of these thoughts are negative. They can consume our mind and exhaust our souls. These negativity take the power of your mind in way that makes you pay attention  to every thought comes to your mind, even the ones you want to avoid. Since no one can escape this mind, how should we think to achieve our goals and have successful life? It’s important to focus your mind in life’s positive sides.

Negative thinking is taking the power from our mind in the way that leads to a negative emotion and then stops your productivity. Having a negative thought is normal, but not recognizing it is the problem. Your mind can only think one thought at a time. Do not let the negative thought take the power or be a habit of your mind. It is easy to reframe your mind on the way that you want. How to do this? You have to be emotionally intelligent and practice….

By being emotionally intelligent you will be able to turn negative thought into positive one. This way you can identify, understand and manage your emotions. The key is to monitor your emotion and start from the root. As a result, you will be able to relief stress and pressure, and then overcome mind’s conflicts. Controlling your emotions will assist you in leading  your  thoughts and actions. You will be able to say yes I can do it instead of I cannot. You will be able to motivate others instead of stressfully overthinking. With practicing you can recognize negative thoughts and then you eliminate it. When you can manage your emotions, you will change your  feelings, which affect the way you think. It is the time to STOP being negative and live a positive and productive life full of laughs and achievements.
